Our licensed massage therapists will work to decrease pain and increase function so you can enjoy your life.

Our professional massage studio is located at 29 N Main St (Two blocks from the school).

Therapists may use techniques such as myofascial work, neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, stretching, hydrotherapy (including hot stones or ice cups), and tools (such as the Theragun). Therapists choose techniques and tools appropriate to the client's goals, with the aim of effective improvement of symptoms. Our therapists seek to meet client's goals including relaxation in a therapeutic setting.

Your therapist will talk with you to gain an understanding of your condition and goals for treatment. The therapist will leave the room to wash his or her hands, and give you instructions for how to dress down and get onto the table. Your consent is important and therapists will explain treatment options to you before using alternative modalities in a service. After treatment, your therapist may give you some home care, including stretches or modification of daily activities. Treatment in our professional studio is in closed private rooms.

Our student massage therapists provide therapeutic treatments tailored to your specific needs. From relaxing Swedish techniques to specific injury or sports recovery treatments, our student therapists will be happy to work with you to meet your session goals; however, students will provide treatment according to the level of their learning at the time of the appointment, meaning that their skill and knowledge will progress throughout the term.

Prenatal sidelying treatments will be available for the last 3 weeks of each term. Please contact us if you are pregnant and we will be happy to help you.

Please note: we cannot guarantee appointments with any specific student therapist or gender of therapist. Student massages are provided in curtained rooms. A supervisor may enter the room to assist a student during your treatment. You will be expected to complete a feedback form at the end of your session.
